What kind of information does the Pet Genetics Lab collect?

We have adopted appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal information and to safeguard personal information against loss of theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification, in light of, among other things, the sensitivity of the information and the purposes for which it is to be used. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we do not store sensitive credit card data on our systems once the payment transaction has completed. Furthermore, each and every PGL employee must abide by this Policy. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however. Mobile privacy

When you use our mobile optimised website or our mobile application, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. The Pet Genetics Lab and our service providers may use and store this information to provide you with location based services, search results, and other personalised content. The Pet Genetics Lab will provide notifications onlyto those customers who accept to receive such notifications. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable location services in the devices setting’s menu.
