We aim to turnaround dog health testing within 2 weeks from the day the sample arrives at our laboratory. Note that our turnaround times are a guideline, not a guarantee, so plan your breeding accordingly.

Once we have received your testing order we send you a barcoded swabbing kit to collect DNA from your dog's cheek. If you order before 1pm on a week day it will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the next business day, and orders received over the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Your kit comes with full instructions for collecting a good quality DNA sample. The barcoded swab is linked directly to your order so please try not to get swabs from multiple orders mixed up, otherwise it might delay your results.

You will need to register your swab on our online portal, to provide the details of your dog. 

As soon as your sample arrives back at the laboratory and its barcode is scanned into our laboratory system by our specimen reception team you will be notified by email.

If you would like to cancel your testing order, you are free to do this until the point the sample arrives back at our laboratory. If you cancel before this point then we will issue a refund, minus the cost of the swabbing kit we sent you (or a full refund if you cancel before we send the kit out). 

You cannot cancel or change your testing order once the sample has arrived back at the laboratory and the testing service is in progress. 

Refund of testing after the service has been completed is only considered after our dispute policy has been completed.
