Description

Severe Goniodysgenesis and Glaucoma Risk (GGD) causes increased pressure in the eyes which damages the optic nerve and can cause vision loss. It can cause pain, watery eyes, and sensitivity to light. Early treatment can prolong healthy vision.

An autosomal recessive condition caused by a mutation in the OLFML3 gene.
