Description

Congenital Myasthenic Syndrome (CMS) is a neuromuscular disease causing weakness in all four limbs which is exacerbated by exercise, it is also visible in reduced reflexes and a shortened gait.

An autosomal recessive condition caused by a mutation in the COLQ gene.
