Congenital Stationary Night Blindness (CSNB), also known as Leber Congenital Amaurosis, is a degenerative disease of the retina beginning with a loss of night vision, progressing to low light and possibly day vision being affected.
An autosomal recessive condition caused by a mutation in the RPE65 gene.
